Julian Richards

Julian is probably best known as the presenter of TV's Meet the Ancestors and Blood of the Vikings. An archaeologist and historian he has a great curiosity about all periods, about the places, the buildings and the objects, but most of all about the people. He says: "The past surrounds us all, it is part of our everyday lives whether we are aware of it or not and my ‘mission’ is to bring this past to life, to tease out the fascinating stories that it has to tell."

David Stowell

David is a qualified Blue Badge Guide with a comprehensive knowledge of the Cotswolds and the Severn Valley. After a busy career in industry he now delights in guiding people around the area in which he spent much of his life. His particular expertise and enthusiasm for the fascinating sites and historic buildings of the region extends from the ancient churches through to the industrial revolution and its legacy.

Fiona Cater

Fiona is a Blue Badge qualified member of the Institute of Tourist Guiding who loves to share her passion and knowledge of Windsor, Eton and Canterbury with visitors. She will bring them to life for you, selecting gems that will be of particular interest and telling you stories that don't always make it to the guide books.
